I have been wondering how best to visit places outside of Oaxaca and your idea of getting your host to sort a taxi for the day is the best I have seen so far . We have young children and being able to make our own itinerary and travel at our own pace will be ideal. Love the choices you made too: we will now include Mitla!

I’d definitely say that Oaxaca and Mexico would be places I could go back multiple times and still enjoy it every single time!
