Wow.. Lannie!! You really mean luxury when you say luxury. I think the most expensive place Ellie & I ever stayed at was a tiny fraction of the Hyatt. Looks like you had a great time, pleased to hear it.

It certainly sounds and looks luxurious and was a great use of points. The breakfast looks delicious but very expensive (guess we are talking the Maldives though). I’m used to beautiful sunsets but these are stunning. Glad you got some wonderful photos of yourself too Lannie, well deserved.

In reply to Victoria@international expat. Absolutely! For me, though, I've started to notice that I need tropical islands to have mountains or hiking. I think the Maldivian islands and atolls are too small for landscape like that, so it gives rise to lounging around in resorts. There's nothing wrong with that! It's super relaxing :)

I think that Maldives is really a beautiful place to have your self-relaxed and just get lost in the beauty of nature. It is definitely on my bucket list.
