You had quite a year. Scotland is a beautiful place to have to take some time out. We have not heard or ever seen that pyramid – quite unusual. So glad you are now back at home.

Those 6 months in Scotland didn’t sound so bad, good food good company, and whiskey. But the rest hmmmmm. I’m not a fan of cooking for others either. But the eagerly awaiting flatmates is a good seal of approval of your cooking. As you say 2021 can only be better.

Sounds like this year has been difficult, but we enjoyed reading about this years journey though. Loved seeing these photos of where you’ve been. Scotland has become our favorite country for road trips and the people are the best. We could easily become Scottish citizens and live happily ever after!
